Pathetic service from Telkom ADSL fixed lines.

Pathetic service from Telkom. I have app**** for a Telkom home ADSL fixed line 2-3 weeks ago and to date, the line have not been installed. No feedback, no communication, poor telephone etiquette and service when trying to follow up. lines like "follow up on you order" is never answered and line disconnects after 45min of holding. I no longer want this line as I don't need the **** service from Telkom and their cancellations team cannot even assist to cancel the order? how is the possible?
