PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

On the 7th Feb, I took my husbands cellphone in for repairs to Claremont branch, I have done numerous follow-ups with the call centre and discovered that they had misprinted one digit on my cellphone number so I was not getting sms. I changed this with the agent. However today I phoned to enquire about the phone and was told no it has been delivered to (I cannot remember the name she gave me) but she did not know who this person was or where the phone has been delivered. She was going to email someone to find out where the phone was and send me an sms with an update. that was about 10am this morning it is now 16:30 and I have not heard anything. I cannot sit on the phone for such a long time going through the options just to speak to a consultant and every one of them give me a different story. The service is absolutly pathetic.
