PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

i signed a deal with Telkom for the first 6 months i pay R299 and after 6 months il pay R599 ever since they installed ive been billed incorrectly i have disputed it . i call in and what they do put me through to sales from sales back to billing from billing back to sales no one seems to help me with their faults . Telkom service they give us is pathetic they have no way of speaking to customers or even trying to assist us as clients .
