PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Morning,

I am very unhappy with my Service with Telkom. My Internet is down since the 19th of September 2019, we are streaming our Radio Station which suppose to be 24 hours daily and are offline since then. To date I haven't had any assistance from them, we are paying +-R700 for unkept every month, they keep on giving me new reference numbers the latest being ***.
