Pathetic Service from Telkom

Pathetic Service!!!!!!!!!!! Been waiting for almost a month to have our internet on router restored. Called and spoke to Charity at helpline/help desk this morning, told no turn around time for logged faults. After calls and calls and calls and nothing to date. Kids research, general household on standstill
