Pathetic service from Telkom

I have app**** for a business fiber on 2 May 2025 to be put into my shop in Eco Boulevard, paid the deposit, completed all the forms, got the order number ***. Then NOTHING!!

I have been calling, leaving messages speaking to people in Telkom who keep telling me that they have escalated this.

Went in again today 09 June 2025, to Telkom in Centurion Mall, and the lady told me, the only reaction I will get is to put it on Hello Peter. com, we have done everything.

So here I am putting it on Hello Peter. com

Not that I am expecting anything to happen.

This is pathetic that you have to go to this extreme to get a service that you pay for, and our economy needs the business, clearly not Telkom.
