Pathetic Service from Telkom

I have phoned Telkom several times and have received several reference numbers. My Telkom line have been blocked but with now help from Telkom could they assist. I have ask them to collect the phone and cancel my contract but with now results. I am fed up with Telkom no service, call center to call center nobody can help. I can understand that they are in a call center because i think that people will hit them if they would speak face to face with them because they do not understand what is going on at Telkom. Telkom even sends me an account saying that i have made 86 mobile calls, how can i make calls if the phone is not working. Pathetic service from Telkom. They say that all calls are recorded, but when i speak to a consultant they do not now what is the problem or nothing. I am going to take out the phone myself and drive over it in the road with my car. This problem has been going on for 2 months now!!!!!
