Pathetic service from Telkom

Telkom canceled my number 9 days ago. An error on their part. So my number is now no longer in my name. I cannot receive or make calls. Everything of mine that is linked to that number is now stuck. I have spoken to 6 different agents, each of them have promised that my number will be reinstated within 24 hours...9 days later. Lastly each of the agents has told me that previous agent left no notes or record of my previous call. Frustrating and very pathetic service from Telkom.
