Pathetic service from Telkom

The service at telkom is pathetic, I logged a call on Monday and nothing happened. No one called me to try and fix it. On the 24th I made a follow up and was told by the manager Sanda that someone will definitely call me to fix this problem, no one called. Now today I called again and was told that my query is closed, yet nothing has been done. How is the costomer service on this, I am paying for a service that I am not getting and now schools are closed, kids are at home, we can't go out, wifi not working. I am extremely unhappy
