Pathetic service from Telkom

Telkom has been billing me incorrectly for the past 5 months and that eventually led to them handing over my accounts cause if they’re *********** service I have been calling to rectify this mad even paid for the arrears that I incurred because if the wrong billing date and as if that’s not enough I still got another statement stating that my account is in arrears with the same amount I just paid last month. Overall service is pathetic and yet they still calling me to renew my contract.
