Pathetic service from Telkom

<p>We reported a problem with telephone lines not working 2 weeks ago on their call centre. No one has rep**** to us or advised us on what they would do after that. This is a major inconvenience because it is a business line. Please reply as soon as possible to this urgent matter. </p>
