Pathetic service from Telkom

<p>Reported my phone line and adsl as faulty on 6 December. Technician was here on 7 december. Said he will check everything and get back to us. About 10 to 15 calls from me, a whole lot of promises and the call centre saying they will email and call the technician and his boss, my phone is still not working. Today the lady said, sorry nothing has been done to repair the line. Tried to speak to a supervisor, line just went dead. I don't know what to do anymore</p>
