PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

My mom bought R700 airtime in error and we called a d requested for you to refund. You took 2months and kept giving us the run around! Your service is ****..instead of being honest, you kept asking for documents when u had no intention of refunding!!! To think her and I are both clients of telkom!! Extremely disappointed in the manner in which u treat your vulnerable clients. Pathetic service!!!!
