Pathetic service from telkom

PATHETIC SERVICE from telkom our phone is off since the 26/6 I went in on Saturday spent 2 hours and a guy by the name of lesley jalmeni assist ed me and said all good and the wifi was on I gave him copies of all my payments and he in turn emailed the accounts dept I came back yesterday from hospital and the phone was disconnected again I spent all in all 2 hrs Saturday and 2hrs monday and the problem still is not fixed
