Pathetic service from Telkom!

Pathetic service recieved from telkom as usual, they suspended our fibre and land line due to a bill that was not paid to which firstly they overcharged us for, but no matter how many times we call trying to rectify the issue they do not resolve, thn we pay the outstanding payment anyways and it's been the whole day and still we sitting without fibre or a land line, the biggest mistake was using them for fibre!! Don't sign up with them, don't regret it like i do!
