Pathetic service from telkom

I am very very unhappy about telkom service . I app**** for a new wifi 4mig line for my house and it worked only 2 weeks and after it stopped and it's more then a week now we are out of wifi I did complain about it also and they told me they dont know how long it will take . I am frustrated because what's the use of having a open wifi line and its doenst work. Won't recommend telkom to any friend and family poor very poor service .
