Pathetic service from Telkom

Telkom and it’s staff are inadequate and do not provide accurate information after numerous attempts to get my phone online. I’ve made payments to my account, and I’m being told since my invoice was not generated it means I did not make payment, how if a debit order goes off before the invoice is generated, if you call in for an invoice it has not been generated however they deduct before that.
