Pathetic service from Telkom

It's been more than a week now that our Company internet is not working. I have called telkom call centre on numerous occasions and have also done the trouble shooting telephonically with a telkom call centre agent.

I requested for a technician to be sent in which has not happened to date but Telkom still has the audacity to call after I have advised many times that the issue is not resolved. Is it rocket science to request for a technician to try and resolve the matter.
