Pathetic service from Telkom

Telkom the worst Service Provider in SA. How can you be offline for two weeks, TWO WEEKS!!!!!! Went to your stores to do a Sim Swap, because you took the service off from your phones but you were offline again. Tried to phone the stores before i even went there, guess wht??? your line do not work. Tell me why are you still in business because clearly you do not care about your clients. Pathetic service i must say
