Pathetic Service from Telkom

We are staying in Amanzimtoti and on the 24th of January 2019 Telkom cables were ******, weve been without Wifi from 24 January 2019 and we are still offline and today is the 6th of February already. I did contact Telkom and first the lady told me to reset my router after I told her that the landline is not working, ever since I did not heard from Telkom.

I phoned again on the 5th of February and they said they will contact me, im still waiting for a call. I realy think this is very poor service, but come month end we must just pay, and its paying for something that is not working. its been 2 weeks and no telephone line or wifi.
