Pathetic service from telkom

I recently took out a contract from a telkom store in mall of Africa and was attended by a person named itumuleng, who was absolutely pathetic with trying to port my cellphone number. I have called the store and the customer service and spoke to many people who could not help me. My contact number has been deactivated for more than a week now and nobody has called me or helped me to resolve my issues. Absolutely pathetic service.
