Pathetic service from Telkom

Most pathetic company ever!!!! App**** for 50g router. Received the rooter and the same day informed them to cancel the deal. Since the 11th of November I have been phoning Telkom weekly. Every time I get a different answer. Now they started deducting money from me. R950. Then R1900 and now R2500. Now with no money left in my account, what do they think I should survive on?
