Pathetic service from telkom

Pathetic service from telkom. I requested my adsl line be moved to a new house in the first week of December. I am still waiting... Still paying via debit order... I have gone into telkom stores, spent time on their call centers, and tried the live chat too... I tried to log a query on the app but it says service currently unavailable. My kids are back at school and still no contact from telkom...
