Pathetic service from Telkom

I have had the most pathetic service from Telkom - tried to call there sales department a few times now and i was on the phone for more than an hour They need to catch a wake up as this is not the first time with regards to there bad service.....and when you try to email them, they never reply Something needs to be done about Really bad service
