Pathetic service from Telkom

Telkom service is pathetic I upgrade the old landline phone over the phone through a call center to a wireless phone with sim card it has been more than a week and the sim card is still not active I have went to the telkom store and called the call center and no one can help.I am losing business as it is a business phone.
