Pathetic service from Telkom

My internet went down on 23 September 2018. I reported the matter to Telkom on 24 September 2018. The technician arrived at my place on 29 September 2018 wuthout making arrangements with me. I informed him that I was not in town. I told him that I was available on 1 October 2018. To date I did not hear from the technician. My calls to Telkom are in vain. Telkom is absolutely pathetic
