Pathetic service from Telkom

We are still waiting for our line to get reset as well as our new order for adsl. many many phone calls later. we are without wifi now as telkom cannot reset the line due to technical difficulties that has been going on for the past week. It is extremely frustrating and I can no longer hold on the phone for 20 minutes to be told absolutely nothing helpful
