Pathetic service from Telkom

A person cannot win with Telkom. In the last 8 months i have gone from frustration to frustration with absolutely no luck. It started with a line move from one residence to another which landed me up with (and paying for) two land lines the first land line has to date not been cancelled and still reflects on my bills. To top it off the new land line worked for about a month and then became faulty which has now persisted for two months. The irony of it all is all of the other ADSL providers rely on Telkom to maintain the lines soooo......up the creak without a paddle. And by the way you can escalate to the escalation center that also does not help
