Pathetic service from Telkom!!

Hello I need help please. Pathetic service from Telkom. I started at the Cathedral Parish Office in August 2016 and ever since have been trying to change the contact details for the offrice phone to my name from the old administrator and they changed my name but left his ID number so I can't even call in to correct this!!! i have a manager's email address but she never ever replies to any of my emails !!!??? How do I get through to someone who can actually do their work and assist me??!! And we do not have a Telkom in Grahamstown so I can't go in!!!
