Pathetic service from Telkom!!!

I am absolutely appalled at the service i have been getting from Telkom for the last month and a half, I have been trying to cancel my account for over a month now and have still not succeeded.

I have made numerous phone calls and each person I speak to gives me different information, when I request to speak to a manager I get placed on hold and nobody ever gets back to me. I have even been to the branch where the consultants told me there was nothing they can do for me I need to call in, I called again at the branch and the consultants were also shocked at the service I received from the Call Centre.

I call again today and request to speak to a manager and get told that the systems are unavailable i cant speak to a manager, I asked for them to take my details and have the manager call me when the systems are back up and got told they cant take details when their system is offline, they don't have pen and paper to write my information down.

It as absolutely pathetic that I have to pay for this disgusting service, I have to now pay 2 service providers because of Telkoms *********** staff!

All I want is my contract cancelled so I can be rid of this pathetic service provider. These people are quick to take your money and will quickly phone me when if I block the payment but when you need service from them you get nothing but bull****.
