pathetic service from Telkom. :(

i app**** for a phone online endnof may it was approved on the 28 may they told me that within 3 working days i 299 will be deducted from my account.it was only deducted some time in june tired of waiting as this was suppsed to be a gift. i went in store i app**** for new product that was issued samenl day. to date im waiting for the product and no bothered to tell me what is going on itried tirelessly to contact telkom but no one gets back to me i even text their facebook accoutlnt yesterday itbsays they reapond within couple of hours but clearly thet meant couple of days. i need someone to contact me and give me feedback now. it cant be the whole month to delivary a product in SA this is notbl something from overseas
