Pathetic service from Telkom

We have been using Telkom as our service provider for years now and we are running 5 stores on the Telkom network only. In January the lines at out Cash Crusaders Primrose store was ****** and we were notified by Telkom that they will not be replacing the lines and we should go to a Telkom store and apply for a wireless system. We have done so more than 2 months ago and are still waiting, I was first told that they don't have routers and I must wait. I have been going there and following up with no help. I was dealing with Lerato at Telkom Springs who last week assured me that I will have the system before the end of next week, I didn't hear anything from them. Contacting Lertao, she does not answer her phone. Pathetic service as we are losing money daily because of Telkom!!!!!!! Poor service
