Pathetic Service From Telkom
I am absolutely disgusted in Telkom's service, i logged an issue on the 15 Jan 2018, a technician came out and gave me a case number to phone within 5 days if the error carries on.
I then proceeded to phone and let them know it did, they said they would come back to me. It is now the 23 April 2018 - 4 Months later and im still waiting, ive now phoned the call centre 5 times where i have been told they still working on it, i pay R698 a month for a service that i am not getting.
Pathetic service - will never use telkom ever again and will relay the message to all my family and friends to change to another service provider. I have just phoned for the 6th time and was put on hold and then cut off.

I am not paying telkom another cent and you can just forget about my contract as i will be going with VOX telecom. there price is cheaper and i get alot more. No one can give me a single correct answer or bother to contact me to give me feedback, Telkoms service is disgusting and i will never use them ever again.
