Pathetic service from telkom.

Since Desember 2017 business lines are down with numerous fault reports and numerous excuses and stories from Telkom we still do not have a landline, its been 3 months. First cables were ****** wich they dont have to replace but nex day the business next to us were conected..... ****** cables forgotten. I've been trying for 3 months with no results from telkom while my customers think we just did not open our business again in Januarie 2018. We have lost a lot of business and still beg for services from telkom without results. Why is there no other places who can provide a landline and similar services than telkom on which we can rely on.
