PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I am writing to Telkom for the 3rd time, these people don't give a damn about their clients. I have been requesting for a copy of my contract for the last few weeks. I am not getting any feedback from Telkom. I need to take up an insurance but I cant because Telkom is refusing to give me a copy of my cellphone contract.

I regret taking a contract with Telkom.
