Pathetic Service from Telkom

<p>Have had no service or feedback since reporting problem with landline. Last Friday line was suspended and payment was made on Saturday past. Could not get the suspension lifted until today despite the escalations to management and "IT incidents" being reported by call centre agents. After more than one month of no ADSL service still waiting for someone from Telkom to call me and update me as to when my fault will be fixed. Absolutely pathetic and frustrating.</p>
