PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM

I recently signed up for ADSL from TELKOM and since installing the modem etc I've had a terrible noise on my phone line.

I have contacted TELKOM a number of times trying all avenues to get a technician to come out and fix the problem but have had no luck.

I am waiting now for over a month to get this resolved. This is ridiculous because when I dont pay my account then I get all the attention I need.
