PATHETIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM!

I app**** for a Cyber Monday Special, Telkom sent me an email that they have tried calling me to confirm the order but I have not received any call from them. When I called the Sales Department, after holding on for 20 mins they said I need to send an email to get telkom to call back. This is very bad service from Telkom.
