Pathetic Service from Telkom

We complained to Telkom we cant send emails but we can receive email and todate it is not resolved. Every time we phoned we hold on for like 20mins and thereafter we are transferred to different people with different answers. I reached a cul de sac and I don't know what to do. This is a business line. I am tired of this despicable service from Telkom.<br> <br> Please help
