pathetic service from Telkom

This complaint is On behalf of my mom, who is the one taking out the telephone line from Telkom R.R Adams. My mom took out the contract about a month ago, signed all the documents and paid the installation fee of R700, Telkom promise to install the line in the next 7-14 working days, after waiting a month Telkom still has not installed the line and rather sends my mom a message saying \To enable us to proceed with installation a deposit of (R700) is required to be paid within 7 days\" I honestly think this is pathetic service and totally unprofessional of S.A top telephone service provider. Truly disgusted"
