Pathetic service from Telkom

My internet is down since yesterday morning. I have logged the fault @09h00 but have not had any communication from Telkom on the issue since yesterday. Last night I phoned Telkom just to be told they think there is a Openserve issue on our area but Openserve do not work over weekends. This is pathetic service. I still do not have internet access and need to work today. (Working from home)
