PATHETIC service from PATHETIC Telkom

I had an issue with Telkom seemingly "*****ing" my data which I pay for. After phoning in and asking for assistance, I spoke to Lerato and he was supposed to send me paperwork and told me to reply to his emails if I have questions. I did have questions which I send to him, and also only received half of the documents he was supposed to send to me. he never rep**** to three mails that I send him. I have previously logged a review here on Hellopeter.com about this matter, and their social medai team responded by writing that they will come back to me. Well, two weeks later and after posting a comment on their comment, I have still not heard anything from them. TELKOM, you are pathetic and seemingly *********** and lazy and dont care about your customers. BUT, end of August, if this matter is not resolved, I will stop paying my contract, then we will see how quick you will be in phoning me.....
