Pathetic service from online sales

App**** for a Black Friday Telkom deal on Friday . Received a call later the day that lasted one second thus missing the call as trying to answer.

Received another called managed to answer with no one responding and call was put down on me after 5 seconds while saying hello throughout,

Then after that received a email saying

" Dear Telkom customer,

Thank you for your online application. Unfortunately your application has been declined during our initial pre-vetting stage."

What the hell. No clear communication, no explanation as why it was decline

Absolutely pathetic online sales service.
