Pathetic service from a pathetic company!

Lodged a complaint last week Thursday, 23 April and my complaint has not been resolved. Received and sms from you yesterday stating that my fault has been restored. How can my fault be restored when no technician come to fix the fault ? Reference number: 121CWK230415. I have waited an entire week and want my problem resolved immediately! All you receive is bad publicity and yet you maintain pathetic services.
