Pathetic Service form Telkom

I've been with Telkom for many years and over the period of time their services has really gone from bad to worse. Their customer service is non existent. their contact numbers 20210, 10213, 10217 is always not available from my personal experience. I initially went online on the 4 June 2020 and made an application to cxl my FTTH and landline service and was given a ref number. Since then no correspondence from Telkom. I did a follow up call on the 24th June 2020 only for the consultant to tell me there's no such number on the system??????? I reapp**** on the 24 June 2020 still no response, 16 July 2020 today. I since then sent another email to upgrade my FTTH package. I did get a response, what the new price will be. but still no upgrade even though I sent a mail to a Orashnee Pillay(Senior Associate - Customer Value Management) Telkom has refused to respond to me , being one of their customers with my home and business line with them.....which is absolutely pathetic.
