Pathetic service form a service provider that I trusted.

I'm extremely angry and disappointed by the level of service I'm getting. I've been calling the customer service and have asked to be put through to their supervisor or team leader by the name of Lerato Bulewo of which at that moment I was unable to speak to and the agent had put a request for a call back for me which she told me the turnaround time for that call back would be before 2hours of which I'm still waiting for that call to happen. I've been on the line the whole day trying to get my matter resolved.
