Pathetic service for years!!

Poor service would not be strong enough words to use. We have struggled with service from Telkom for years now. Telkom takes my money every month but I have no way to create this money because they keep on *****ing form us. I don't care what your problems are don't make them mine. Get me on the service I pay for!!!!!!!!
