Pathetic service for telkom

I app**** for fibre for my business at the end of April 2022 and it hasn't been installed (8 June 2022)every time I call the customer care line all they can say is they are working on it, they can't tell me how far they are or when I will have fibre, I've paid R800,I need internet to run my business, TELKOM IS ANOTHER PATHETIC GOVERNMENT FACILITY.
