pathetic service for online products

utterley pathetic service, ordered a product online , no response, get hold of the call centre, promise to call you back , NOTHING ! , maybe they don't need the business ? Just totaly amazing you would think with the economic downturn they would be running after sales, ah well, good luck to Telkom when they all get retrenched, ha ha , I'll have the last laugh.
