Pathetic Service for line transfer

I am having endless issues with having my Telkom services moved to my new residence. The technician has been there over 5 times and is still having issues conncecting my ADSL and line. This is absolutely disgusting service from Telkom and i'm sure Telkom is not going to compensate me for my time away from work to have to be present when the technician is available considering the amount of times and time taken when he has been there. The request was supposed to be sorted by 1 December and i still do not have my services yet,
